After two years of development and thousands of real-world users, Nimble has emerged as the next evolution in CRM – the only web-based solution that brings together business’ contacts, calendar, communications, collaboration, social conversations, sales and marketing in one simple-to-use Social Business platform.
With its unique combination of multi-user relationship management, social networking, and sales and marketing tools, Nimble helps businesses capture leads, organize them with an advanced contact manager, and engage them with automated drip email campaigns. To further build relationships with those leads, Nimble enables businesses to run marketing campaigns and engage in social conversations via LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook. As conversations and campaigns turn to business opportunities, Nimble manages the sales pipeline by tracking the deal amounts, probabilities, and conversations that translate to business success.
The business world has taken note. Nimble received kudos from industry thought leaders who immediately understood its value, including Gerhard Gschwandtner, Editor, Selling Power Magazine, who said, “Nimble is a visionary product. Finally, someone has figured out Social CRM and made it simple, fun and efficient. I predict that Nimble will leapfrog all traditional CRM solutions.”
The platform was awarded PC Magazine “Editors' Choice” as well as the coveted “DEMO God” award from a field of hundreds of start-up contenders. It has also been recognized by leading analyst firm, Gartner, as a “Cool Vendor” for Social Software and Collaboration and placed on “The CRM Watchlist 2011” by Social CRM expert and best-selling author, Paul Greenberg.
Great innovations spring from great needs.
Twenty years ago, Jon Ferrara understood that businesses needed more efficient ways of getting and staying connected to their customers in order to succeed and grow. That simple idea led him to co-found GoldMine Software, which grew to become a world leader in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) space.
Today, business has become much more social. Customers no longer heed the call of “traditional” marketing or communicate via email alone. Their purchases stem from conversations within their groups, networks, and communities that happen on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, text messaging and emails. Most CRM systems simply don’t manage all of these conversations in one place, and are incapable of connecting them to contacts, calendars, tasks, sales or marketing.
Recognizing this, Jon Ferrara began work on his latest innovation: Nimble.
Founded in 2009 and located in the heart of the Southern California tech community, Nimble leverages the power of traditional CRM, Sales Automation and social media to create the only complete, web-based Social Business platform capable of helping small businesses transform their social communities into business opportunities.
