We provide full technical support 365 days a year from our Customer Support team based in the UK.  We offer a free no obligation 30 day trial, two paid accounts, Premium and Unleashed, £12 and £18 per user per month respectively. We don’t like tie ins and nasty contracts ourselves and so we don’t ask our customers to commit to them either.  Instead we want our customers to make a positive choice to use intouchcrm in their business and see the results for themselves.  We believe intouchcrm helps business owners to spend less time managing tasks and more time doing what they do best, growing their business.

Intouchcrm is a web based integrated email marketing and CRM system developed and owned by Customers Really Matter Ltd.  Based in the UK, intouchcrm is now 6 years old and in that time has grown substantially helping businesses both in the UK and internationally to optimise their customer relationships, marketing effectiveness and business information management. 

Runner up in last year’s Software Satisfaction Awards, intouchcrm has once again been shortlisted for this prestigious award to be announced in October 2011. 

Intouchcrm has continually evolved and developed since its launch and April of 2011 saw a complete redesign of the user interface, new functionality and features introduced along with a brand new website.  It is this constant attention to improving the user experience and features of the system that reflects the values of the business.  We are not arrogant or corporate and stuffy.  We know we can always improve and strive to do so every day.  We stay close to our customers and believe in personal relationships and full technical support based in the UK.  We are not faceless just because we are an online business.

Customers Really Matter is a privately owned business and led by CEO James White and a team of directors.  With a small, but perfectly formed knowledgeable team of 14 including developers, project managers, marketing and design experts, the business continues to grow and is now expanding its bespoke projects business alongside intouchcrm.
